I do not often leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. My outside heat pump unit stopped working, and someone doing work on my house referred me to a relative that had a heating & air business. They came out the next day and advised that the compressor was bad. It needed to be replaced, and perhaps the whole system. Thousands and thousands of dollars. I prayed about it for days. Highly recommend Ed and his team at Johnson City Heating and Air. They replaced my 28 yr old unit with a new Amana unit. I can tell a huge difference. Ed is great to work with. The office workers are very friendly and helpful and install team did a great job and cleaned up the area when they were done. I trust them to get the job done at a fair price.
