As far as I'm concerned, Johnson City Heating and Air are #1. In the middle of a particularly bad cold snap, our gas furnace stop working. As luck would have it, we were planning a dinner gathering that evening. Johnson City Heating and Air came out promptly and fixed the problem immediately. Ed is super nice and knowledgeable. They are tops in my book!
Loved the technician and his work, unfortunately I have been calling and emailing for weeks to schedule my follow up (which is already paid for) and can not get a return call or email-customer service is lacking tremendously. I have been calling for 2 months
Idk how they are as a company but the driver of this vehicle is extremely negligent and dangerous. He cut me and my husband off then cut another car off who had to slam their brakes on and flipped him off. He whipped around the Lowe’s parking lot almost hitting multiple cars. Not a good brand for the business.
