The service was excellent. Had to replace the pump motor that pumps out the water accumulation. Great service technician!!!
They were very knowledgeable. Did a good job.
I highly recommend Johnson City Heating and Air, it was my first service and it was a pleasant experience. They were very thorough and answered my questions and concerns. They were very friendly and I look forward to their next visit in October.
Ed and Kellie took care of my HVAC problem just before a holiday weekend when no one else would come out. They went above and beyond for me and I won’t use anyone else from now on. My highest recommendation!
