I would give a ZERO star if I could but let's dive right into it this hospital transferred my daughter here and told me I couldn't sit in the back with my daughter for safety concerns I told them that I never EVER had to sit in the front away from my daughter because of a safety concern, then the driver of their ambulance lied and said that's been a thing for 8 years which is PURE B.S. so after getting to CHILDREN'S OF WISCONSIN not just a hospital anymore which in my eyes never was but anyway they waited until I got comfort... read more

Worst experience ever in the Mount Pleasant/Racine location with Krista. I scheduled my appointment online, uploaded all my information insurance and everything. She called me to confirm it demanding that I give her all of the information that I just uploaded online. I gave her everything but the insurance cause I didn’t have it on me when she called and I said that I would give it to her when we came to the appointment because I was in the middle of a family emergency when she called me. Mi hijo fue operado del coraz�n hace una semana. Todo el equipo m�dico fue muy cordial. Desde la recepci�n hasta los m�dicos. Fueron tantas enfermeras unas m�s dedicadas que otras 🤭 pero todas cumpliendo su gran labor creo fue solo un enfermero ya en su pen�ltimo d�a de hospitalizaci�n quien tambi�n fue muy buena su atenci�n. Cada m�dico nos explicaban todo lo mejor posible, su anestesista fue incre�ble nos explic� cada paso que dar�a en la operaci�n y su m�dico de cabecera tambi�n fue un excelente profesional.
