Dr. Perez has been great with our son. He's very personable and reachable even on the weekends for emergency. He spends he time to answer all questions and explain what's going on. He truly cares about his patients. Yes, there may be some days you wait longer in the lobby but many offices have staffing issues nowadays and I'll take that anytime over a Dr that cares less.
Do you have a an appointment? Guess what, that doesn’t matter here. We have been in this waiting room along with the same crowd of people and their babies for 2 hours now and not a single person has been called back yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of having an appointment, especially when they tell you to be here early, if they’re not abiding by the scheduled appointment? Dr Perez performed a hernia repair on my 11 year old. He did a wonderful job, explained everything to me AND him, and even went above and beyond while looking at his privates to explain why it was okay for him to look and touch that day and when it wasn’t appropriate. I loved that about him. The low rating comes in with the wait time. We waited for an hour and a half for our consult before surgery. We are now at our post surgery follow up and waiting just as long. Not happy at all , our appointment at 3 pm with 11 months old baby . When I asked: “ how long we should wait “ they said at least 30 minutes… why you guys scheduled me at 3:00 pm sharp?? Don’t like wait with a baby, said they not organise!
