I've taken my daughter twice. Everyone is very nice and helpful. When we went to our last appointment we arrived an hour early has we have quite a drive to get there. We were seen and checked out before our appointment time. The doctor listens to my concerns and has helped my daughter tremendously when other physicians elsewhere couldn't.
Front that decides to tell me that they're backed up after I've been sitting in the lobby for over an hour. There needs to be a retraining of staff and the doctor need to prioritize and know that they probably cannot book so many patient if they cannot attend them in a timely manner
First time visit yesterday with my son and I have to say that I was very impressed. The doctor was excellent and she explained everything very well.
Dr. Botta was awesome as a surgeon. However, The wait time is ridiculous. The first time I came I waited over 45 minutes before being taken back to the room. At another followup appointment I was 7 minutes late to a 4:15 appointment and was told that they had already left for the day and that I would need to reschedule. I rescheduled and arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed. Upon checking in, after I paid my copay, I was told I would be waiting about an hour before being taken back to a room. We have been coming to pediatric urology group for 7 years and love it. The wait time is minimal and they get you in and out as fast as possible. We seen Dr reisman for 5 years until he retired and then Dr. Kolligan took over my daughter's care. We highly recommend Dr. Kolligan!
Dr was very thorough and took his time to explain his methods and what to expect from procedure. I feel confident w him. Front desk girl was not very personable, very short with me.
