Took my daughter in yesterday for an ongoing cough that I knew was either allergy/asthma related. When I checked in, the older lady with shoulder length blonde hair tried to make my daughter wear a mask. I told her no, so then she tried to guilt trip me by saying they have babies in there (mind you, the waiting room was empty, and I knew my child wasn’t sick). It’s not an urgent care. Appointment based and unable to run labs. Reception ladies are also more than unhelpful - they’re hostile.
This is not an urgent care! They do not take walk-in patients. My son had a severe ear ache and they refused to see him because we did not have appointment. Even though it states on the website they accept walk-ins. I would give 0 stars if I could.
