Bellakiss Maxwell, Dr. Angie, Nurses Katie & Karen were outstanding, quick and went above and beyond. They made a scary experience much more comfortable with their care. Couldn’t ask for a better experience during a scary situation with our little one.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare facility. This place is advertised as an urgent care and walk-ins are accepted. That is an absolute lie. It’s appointment only. They were nice enough to work us in and they got my daughter a room like 10 minutes later, vitals were taken and then we were just waiting for the PA. We sat for almost 2 hours without being seen. I never leave reviews but was so disappointed I felt compelled. Front desk staff were so dismissive and rude. Left with my 5 year old and I in tears and without being seen. Also heads up they don’t have water if your child is sick and crying for some water. If you live out west, spare yourself and drive the extra distance to the La Vista location. Had a wonderful experience there.
Loved our experience here. Yes, you had to make an appointment, but I have not been to a pediatric urgent care that does not make you make an appointment in the last 2.5 years. I think some of these complaints should’ve just taken the kids to the ER. All the staff were friendly and treatment was quick and professional. I would recommend to anyone!
