I can’t describe in words how i am feeling bad about the current unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable situation of this facility, yesterday around 3:00 PM i took my child there in severe pain, fever, sore throat and chest congestion the receptionist asked me did i schedule an appointment i said no one needs appointment to go to urgent , we have been to this place countless times before and never scheduled appointment he said now you should have an appointment and i can give you appointment for 7:30 PM , i said how can ... read more
What is the point of an urgent care if its by appointment only? Ive heard some dumb things in my life, but man this may be the dumbest.
This place use to be walk ins welcomed. Now they are appointments only. There should be urgent cares and not only emergency room visits. Urgent care visits are way cheaper than e.r. visits
So sad to make this negative review. This provider had been our tried and true, trusted provider of urgent care for our children for years. We recently sought urgent care for a very worrisom bite/sting on a Saturday afternoon. We were informed that care is only by appointment, and the next opening was in nearly 4 hours, or at another location across town slightly sooner.
