Really sick kid and was turned away told to come back in two hours.
I live about an hour away from this clinic, the doctors office in my town weren't treating my daughters' symptoms seriously for over a month. Just giving us useless antibiotics that weren't working, steroid shots that didn't help. So we decided to come to this urgent care clinic to hopefully get some answers. We were in and out in under an hour. The staff were all extremely great with my daughter who is on the autism spectrum and was clearly terrified. I would definitely return if needed.
Super fast and efficient! Listened to my questions / concerns while providing a thorough exam. Labs, X-Ray, and Prescriptions all with-in 1.5 hrs. on what appeared to be a busy eve.
We had an appointment for dental surgery for our 4 year old, my son's dental clinic sent us but we did not have a confirmation or preoperative orientation from the hospitals days before the surgery from either hospital so we got confused. hospital and we went to the Dodge Children's Hospital and they treated us very poorly.
