So sad to make this negative review. This provider had been our tried and true, trusted provider of urgent care for our children for years. We recently sought urgent care for a very worrisom bite/sting on a Saturday afternoon. We were informed that care is only by appointment, and the next opening was in nearly 4 hours, or at another location across town slightly sooner. Was in and out in 40 minutes for my kiddos ear infection! We did make an appointment through Children's Connect.
Needed an urgent care while visiting family for my daughter’s ear pain. Doctor’s appointments can be stressful for my daughter with ID and autism and the entire staff treated us with kindness, respect, and assessed and treated her with minimal stress and discomfort. Very appreciative to get this support from outside of our regular physician’s office!
Really sick kid and was turned away told to come back in two hours.
