Very disappointed. My grandson waited over two hours with a high fever and barking cough. We sat in the room for 40 minutes because they forgot about us. The doctor didn’t test for COVID, RSV, or flu and dismissed his symptoms. Only after we asked again an hour later did he say testing “maybe” should be done. This is unacceptable care for a child.
Sat in the waiting area with my daughter and her swollen eye for almost 2 hours tonight getting texts telling us our place in line going down then up then down, with the estimated wait time going from 34 mim. to 11 min. to 24 min to 2 min. for about two hours, mean while watching at least 18 people come in get called back and leave while we still waited. After talking to the staff and confirming we were next, our place jumped back to 3rd in line, that's when we left. Can't rate the actual service, because we got none. Zero s... read more
I didn’t even get to bring the baby in because I honestly felt like the lady who answered was rude . Nobody ever wants a child to get sick in their care and you’d think people working with sick children would have more empathy . Honestly 0/5 is my honest rating
