Sat in the waiting area with my daughter and her swollen eye for almost 2 hours tonight getting texts telling us our place in line going down then up then down, with the estimated wait time going from 34 mim. to 11 min. to 24 min to 2 min. for about two hours, mean while watching at least 18 people come in get called back and leave while we still waited. I didn’t even get to bring the baby in because I honestly felt like the lady who answered was rude . Nobody ever wants a child to get sick in their care and you’d think people working with sick children would have more empathy . Honestly 0/5 is my honest rating
Great facility. Staff were exceptionally caring, friendly, and thorough. My daughter and I are new to the Mequon area, and knowing that we have such an amazing urgent care close to home is a huge relief!
