Had an 8am appointment, showed up at 7:55am. Walked in and was snapped at "5 more mins" realizing they didn't want me inside yet. Stood out in the cold until 8am. First person in building and to check in. 2nd family to show up said they were walks in but came and left before I was seen. No other patients were being seen yet we did not get into a room until almost 830am. The provider and medical assistant were amazing!!!! Highly recommend the pediatric express care!!
I took my 13 year old daughter to the westminster location last thursday about 1030. On top of being prompt...The physician possibly an N P. but moving on..) was AWESOME The nurse too, was pretty great! She was calm, kind, gentle. These women working together is a winning combination and i wish i could use them for MY health needs as well. But alas i am too old for this urgent card. Everyone was wonderful!!! So sweet and we got seen quickly. Figured out the issue and prescription was sent immediately to pharmacy. I have 3 kids and we were all extremely tired by the time we got to urgent care. Thank you for your attention to detail and swift visit. We will be back if we ever need your services. Thank you!!
