We walked in the door 15 minutes before closing. The nurses up front, the nurse in the back and the doctor could not have been kinder. My son was stitched up and we were back out the door 30 minutes later. Best service we've ever had at an urgent care.
Up until today I have had amazing experiences with children’s Urgent care.My 3yro needed to be seen and I Had an appointment for 8am. We arrived 3 mins early and walked inside and were proceeded to be told “we don’t open for another minute you’ll have to wait outside.” Mind you the door was unlocked. So I take my daughter back outside to wait for the minute. We weren’t taken back until about 8:20. The nurse was the least friendly and very cold. My daughter was freaked out by the needle. Everyone was wonderful! We were in and out in 15 minutes. The front desk check in, the woman who did vitals, and the nurse practitioner were all so nice, personable, and amazing!
I brought my 14 month old in for a sick visit because I wasn’t able to get in with his doctor. We were taken back within 10 minutes but the nurse was very cold and just going through the motions. She swabbed him for rsv, covid and flu. Doctor came in for what couldn’t have been more than 1 minute - listened to his lungs and checked his ears, told me everything was fine and tests were negative, probably a virus and that was literally it.
