Don’t go here! Zero stars!! Britton from the moment she entered the room, was condescending, dismissive, and arrogant. Rather than listening to our concerns as parents, she spoke down to us and treated us as though our questions were an inconvenience. There was a complete lack of compassion, patience, and basic kindness. i took my 3 yr old in for uti symptoms . i had to run back to the car to grab my license as we were walking out , my 3 yr old spit up in the door way. unexpected , as she wasn’t throwing up before we came . when i turned back , holding the door , the girl at the front desk stood up with a look on her face as if she was disgusted. very unprofessional as the face of the center . she was insensitive to situation even tho she works in a healthcare setting . everyone else that we interacted with after her was sweet . the medical ... read more
Made an appointment online was super fast and easy. Front desk was amazing. Everything was going good until I got in the back with Kristen britton she thought it was appropriate to fat shame my five month old I do not recommend her
Took my 4 yr old there for gunky eyes, sore throat, ear pain …all the things. They didn’t test for anything and said it was allergies. Took her to the ped the next day and tested positive for the flu and ear infection. Can’t believe they never tested for anything.
