Been on a waiting list for therapy for close to 7 years to get into this place is ridiculous for my son and when I went to cancel services they were acting strange on the phone with me would not recommend this place is not professional the people over the phone don't have it together
The therapist(dda) we saw seems very nice no issues there so far🤞.unfortunately the older gal at the front desk is a bit short with people and feels like she has very little patience in-person and on the phone. Sorry but with this type of facility/services comes lots of questions. I shouldn't have to feel like I've upset you for asking for copies of important information.
The moment my two year old daughter finally learned how to walk on her own down the hallway after sessions of pool therapy, my eyes welled with tears. I knew we were in the right place to help her with her delays. I can't wait to watch her blossom.
