Therapists are nice, but the office and office policies will rip you off. Will charge you the full price of an appointment to send an email with some at home activities that you can find on YouTube for free to bypass a cancellation fee. Made an appointment on a Friday afternoon for my twins Monday and unfortunately had to reschedule. Called as soon they opened and they tried to charge me $95 PER CHILD for same day cancellation. Ctn has been our GO to for services for early a decade. They always hire quality staff who go above and beyond to help our children excel in the ways they have been lacking. Mr Joe for Speech therapy and Mrs Elizabeth for physical therapy!! My daughter has been seeing these two and they have helped her tremendously! My daughter looks forward to seeing them every week, and they do such a good job keeping you informed on their progress, any concerns you may have, and how to help them at home!
