The front office personal is very unprofessional. They make you an appointment in person and when you arrive the same person who made you the appointment tells you she never made you one and sends your child home with no therapy. Waste of time! They got people in the front office that look like they're gang related with too much make up and Sharpe eyebrows. 😏 There is no order and no one ever knows about the schedule. This place really sucks. Horrible management and super unorganized. My son co-pay was collected at each sessions, check was deposited and I was bill again and again and even threaten with collection even after I provided my check stubs as proof of payment. Avoid this place....Check out Corner Stone Therapy...so much better
Don't know how they got such good reviews, seriously! waited forever to come in for an evaluation (i had to call them to see what's up). i wasted months waiting for this company to get things right. my mistake! the worst thing is, the scheduler is SO rude. she talks to you over the speaker phone so it's hard to hear what she's saying and then she keeps trying to kick me off the phone. dude, i'm not done talking to you lady!! what the fudge ?!! my advice, look for another place where your business is appreciated people..
