My daughter went to speech here for about six months in 2017. We paid copays every visit and never received any other bills. Great therapists, but the billing team needs a lot of improvement. Never sent me any statements for dues and I suddenly get a notice from collections after almost 6 months of discharge. Very unprofessional that billing never called/emailed/or sent statements. Even now after talking to the Billing person (Valerie?) who said she will send details of dues by email - I got nothing! A quick google search shows I am not the only one who is having issues with their billing team.
