The staff here is phenomenal and they are so helpful when my son is having a really hard time adjusting. I’ve never met people who were so involved and so caring in a facility like this. Mrs. Chrisann Mandel went above and beyond to help my son regulate and get him to actually go into his appointment, and he went right into building with her and I was just so happy to see him calm that quickly. I appreciate Children’s Specialized Hospital so much.
Unprofessional, impatient with my child, not valid diagnosis
This place is absolutely amazing! I have been coming here for YEARs with all three of my kids! They love coming here to play with the amazing, kind, loving staff! I am beyond grateful for everyone that works there from the cleaners to the therapist. I work at a hospital and I highly recommend this place if your child needs therapy! I have never been somewhere where I just feel so uncomfortable. When my son was non-verbal and I started getting therapy here and what an amazing choice that was!
