The service of the receptionist in the therapy area is so terrible and she has a bad attitude. It is one of the worst.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Just another corporation looking to make money instead of truly interested in the well being and progression of your child. All politics. No flexibility or empathy. If you’re a single mom or even a human being dealing with any life issues please do not let them waste your time. Poor communication from scheduling. Lied about charges. Tried calling multiple times to change an appointment and left messages and no call back. Left multiple messages asking to speak to the manager and we were ghosted. Consistently a terrible experience dealing with the staff. I would strongly recommend against this clinic.
Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Care, or empathy. AT ALL. I have late stage CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) my Kidneys are failing slowly. I'm on the Transplant list and all. I still Work full time with ACUA. 10-12 hr/Day. 5-6 Days/Week. Same with my Wife. Whom runs a Dental Lab in EHT. They REFUSED to work with either of to help get our Son whom has ADHD/Anxiety Disorders, a later appointment at night, due to us not being able to make the 9:45AM appointment every Week.
