Our therapist was Jaclyn. She help my son so much with transition and being able to slow down and take the time to do each activity. She was patient and helped set up simple rules for him to follow each session. Also redirected him anytime he did anything dangerous. Highly recommend
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and professionalism at this facility, particularly in the front desk and scheduling process. From the very beginning, there were serious issues with the referral process from the primary doctor, which was handled incorrectly and caused unnecessary delays before treatment could even begin. My husband and I had such a great experience at this facility for our son. We started PT with our 10 month at the time and he developed and grew so much! From the security, to front desk staff, to the therapists themselves, we never had a negative experience. We met Candon at first, but then our son received his services from Tara.
