Wanda is the absolute best!! She takes her time with helping patients, explaining everything thoroughly, and has so much compassion for families with children with special needs! I highly recommend this place for therapy sessions; the therapists are so loving and highly skilled!!! We’re so grateful for the entire team!!! Did I mention Wanda goes above and beyond?? She’s the best addition to this specialized hospital!!!!
Ms. Gladys (front desk) was so helpful she gave me so much helpful information. She was able to help me and showed me options we had.
During my visit, the receptionist did not treat me well and spoke to me in an unpleasant and disrespectful way. When I asked her for a school excuse note for my son, she replied as if I had done something wrong, telling me that I should have asked for it the moment I entered the hospital. Her tone felt judgmental and unprofessional.
