Was charged $1111.35 for a consultation with Dr. Sumit Gupta where nothing was discussed or done that hadn’t been with my pediatrician and with the girl who made the appointment. Basically it was an appointment to make an appointment and then on the day of my sons appointment the dr.canceled at the very last minute. So now my sons blood is yet to be tested and I’m looking at a 1111.35$ bill. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!! Trash and no heart!!!
I have been with this company since they were at Sunrise hospital back in 2006 (im 21 yrs old now). They are so understanding and professional. I come here whenever I'm not feeling well due to my condition and they always take care of me. The nurses are amazing and so attentive. They always help you feel like you are not in a hospital setting, there are snacks (food, water, juice, sandwiches, TV etc). I definitely recommend you to come here if you are looking for a good pediatric specialty facility.
Antes tenían mejor doctores y especialistas y ahora ya no y si pones una queja y te mandan con la supervisora y hablas con ella te da un mal servicio creo q ese puesto le queda grande a esa Sra le falta mucho para ese puesto q tiene ella deberían tener mas atención . Busco recomendaciones para mi hijo para yevarlo con otro dr .
It took 2 months to get an appointment. My wife and I drove 4 hours to see a Dr. She sat in the room for 2.5 hours. with our angry 2 year old while i sat in the car in 105+ heat. Never seen the Dr. never got an answer if there was even a Dr. on site. Very disappointed.
Original Post 6/2019: If it wasn’t a needed doctors office. I definitely would never come here. A wait time of up to 2 hours past your appointment time to see the doctor is ridiculous. Poorly managed place. Update 6/2020: Less patients in the office due to COVID, but still can’t be seen on time. Still extremely poorly managed. 90% of the time nurses are sitting behind a desk not doing anything.
