I am not the type to ever leave bad reviews but I had to. I scheduled an appointment with a referral document over a month ago for my baby to be seen today. I requested the day off to be able to take my son. I show up to the appointment just to be told by the front desk lady that the doctor doesn’t go in today. Keep in mind I even received a confirmation message to confirm my appointment day 2 days prior. Very bad service horribly , the customer service is very bad i try to make a appointment and the lady that was trying to help me is was very rude with no intention to work or help the new patients, so i went to UM university with they dermatologist and much better no problem at all.
Wait time is horrible, waited over an hour to then have to wait inside again. I ended up having to leave because my daughter had to go to school. I called to reschedule and asked if that is always the case and I was told that yes it is. This appointment was made 4 months in advance only for them to call me a week before to tell me doctor won’t be there and someone else would be seeing my daughter. Thank God I found another dermatologist.
They treat me very good at this office,they are bilingual (hablan español) easy to communicate with them, busy place but very helpful and the doctor assistant..she is amazing , thank your for your service!
