I really hate leaving negative reviews, and I won’t go into detail because everyone’s experience is different. I have no complaints about the PA herself or the front desk staff. The one thing I will say is this: if this office performs any type of culture, make sure you ask for a copy of the results and follow up yourself. Don’t assume you will be contacted with the results. Don’t bother trying to call by phone. I spent almost an hour listening to the same message every minute: ‘We are sorry for the delay, your call is very important to us.’ Clearly, it is not. This level of service is unacceptable and disrespectful.

I am not the type to ever leave bad reviews but I had to. I scheduled an appointment with a referral document over a month ago for my baby to be seen today. I requested the day off to be able to take my son. I show up to the appointment just to be told by the front desk lady that the doctor doesn’t go in today. Keep in mind I even received a confirmation message to confirm my appointment day 2 days prior. Very bad service horribly , the customer service is very bad i try to make a appointment and the lady that was trying to help me is was very rude with no intention to work or help the new patients, so i went to UM university with they dermatologist and much better no problem at all.
