Ever since this office has changed staff I have had the most worst experience. My daughter has been seeing dr.quan since she was diagnosed with her condition. The front desk lady who was there before was super nice and professional. I scheduled my daughters appt over a month ago the lady told me the latest appointment dr.quan sees his patients is at 2:30 mins you I made arrangements with my job to get out 1 because I work all the way in kaufman. You are dealing with a professional here! Great experience with both our appointments.
We have seen Dr. Quan since I was 25 weeks pregnant with my son, he is now 5. We began on PD and have since moved to post-kidney transplant. Dr. Quan has been absolutely AMAZING throughout this journey. Anything we have needed he has accomplished, he is patient with parent concerns, he is thorough with all of his findings. He is overall an amazing doctor and we would not switch for ANYTHING! 10 OUT OF 10 RECOMMEND
Dr Quan is AMAZING! He takes his time to answer all questions and makes sure you understand before leaving. He will also use simple analogies that makes sense without using medical terms to overwhelm you. Theres a comment that says he's hard to understand. That statement is incorrect. He might speak a bit fast but if you ask him to repeat it, he will. I wish he could be my daughters Dr for everything!
