I want to share that I love the staff here. From the front office staff to the assistants and doctors. We have had each of the dentists and while they all were awesome, Dr Ta was just fantastic and the energy I needed to finish my daughters testament plan. He went above and beyond for us to make sure my daughter needed certain treatments from her original appointment and took the time to get ortho down to have a consult also! Extremely disappointed with this dental hospital. I was made to wait 1 hour 30 minutes with my family and two kids just for them to “confirm” insurance, even though both the hospital and my insurance company assured me the visit was 100% covered. It was only a basic school check-up with no dental issues, yet I still received a $98 bill afterward. This kind of double standard and poor communication is unacceptable. Families deserve transparency and respect for their time—not billing surprises after false assurances.
Very friendly atmosphere. Service is great and there’s no wait time. No delays on your arrival if you have an appointment scheduled.
