Extremely frustrating experience. I scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment and took time off work to be there. Upon arrival, there was no sign identifying the dental office, no one answered the door, and Google Maps showed the office as open. After calling, I was informed that my appointment was supposedly on a different day. The poor communication, inaccurate information, and complete disregard for patients’ time are unacceptable. Had a great visit. The staff is very kind and patient with children. I appreciate how they talk with you about everything they are doing or going to do.
I love Dr. Dana and all the staff! Everytime I come in for an appointment, Im greeted by everyone, and they are just the sweetest people.
