Dr Powell is great. However I called about diaper rash, and was told my kid needed to be seen in office. These staff need retraining. My son has a compromised immune system and his go bag is a suitcase. With autistic behaviors and a compromised immune system they're basically telling me I have to compromise his safety to get him seen. I also offered to do telehealth and if they cannot see diaper rash on video I'm questioning their validity to treat people. I made an appointment for my son to help identify insect bites instead I was met with the accusation of child abuse the doctors was misleading and seemed like they was trying to find any way to justify the spots being bruises long story short CYF was called to my home to all concerned parents beware I will be finding my kids a new doctors office ASAP!
