Children's Physicians is the best pediatrics office in Stark County, hands down. Both my husband and I were patients at the practice as kids, and we have brought our children here since they came home from the hospital. I can always count on them to fit us in within hours if I call in for a sick visit, and this is one of the few practices around where you can still talk to a live person when you call their number. I honestly can't brag on this place enough. We were too fortunate to have been referred to this office by friends and our Doc happened to have openings. We primarily see Dr. Jess C but on occasion have seen a few others. They are ALWAYS friendly, always get us back, and are very accommodating when it comes to getting into the office. They are also very knowledgeable and have helped and listened to any health concerns we have. So thankful for this practice!
After a very rough week last week, I must say not everyone there is insensitive, I was able to finally get my child in and the young lady was very nice!! As usual Dr.Thom and the student was able to get to the bottom of what was going on with my daughter! Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and hear us out!
