I reached out to schedule a new patient appointment and was surprised by how I was treated. The staff made assumptions about my child’s immunization history without asking questions first, which came across as rude and unprofessional. I hope they work on improving how they communicate with new patients.
This is the best doctor I ever been to His name is Dr tom and he is amazing. He is on the point and everything! Very chill guy! Absolutely like seeing him everytimei visit! Love this place!
Children's Physicians is the best pediatrics office in Stark County, hands down. Both my husband and I were patients at the practice as kids, and we have brought our children here since they came home from the hospital. I can always count on them to fit us in within hours if I call in for a sick visit, and this is one of the few practices around where you can still talk to a live person when you call their number.
