Dr Jess is amazing and my 4 year old actually looks forward to seeing her! The staff is friendly and very helpful. We give this office the highest score possible and will take our child no where else.The staff is very responsive on the message platform helping us with any concerns and they fit us in quickly and never gave us any grief about the appointment. We love this place.
Dr. Kantaras, nurse Katie, and the entire staff are amazing. Could not recommend a better place for your children to go. They truly care and take the time needed to help your family!
Some of the doctors here are helpful many are not. The front office does not provide any help or support when help is needed. They also will refuse to see your child if they are not getting better after repeated appointments with no help or direction. When asked who the on call doctor was that was refusing to see my child I was hung up on. Really the worst medically related experiences I have ever had
I reached out to schedule a new patient appointment and was surprised by how I was treated. The staff made assumptions about my child’s immunization history without asking questions first, which came across as rude and unprofessional. I hope they work on improving how they communicate with new patients.
