I've been bringing our children to this practice (in Waldorf) for 20 years and I used to love it & refer everyone ... today I left sad. My child's appointment was fine, but dealing with the front office was not pleasant. Front office was very difficult and downright rude over the phone. When discussing the matter with the Doctor, she didn't much seem to care. However, the nurses are AMAZING! We miss Dr. Guarinello. The biggest thing this practice has going for them is their close affiliation with Children's Hospital.
