Our Doctor was only available on Wednesdays. He had a bed side maner that oozes the aloofness of an A.I. personality. Not only did he repeatedly fail to read the patient's mood, he continued to give false hope in visit after visit. At first a broken leg would be healed in 6-8 weeks, then 10-12, we are at week now 17 and my kid has missed his entire season of soccer and is still in a walking boot. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. Why is it so hard for this place to schedule an appointment or work with parents to get a child seen immediately? My daughter broke her arm Friday. They secured the double-bone break at Riverside Regional Medical Center ER, referred us to CHKD for an appointment Monday due to the break's severity.
