They cancelled an appointment we had for our kid to receive a checkup. We drove 2 and a half hours for them to tell us we called and cancelled the appointment. They refused to admit they dropped the ball and to fix the issue, didn’t apologize once for the issue and then proceeded to call us liars when pressed by customer service and customer experience.
This was our first visit here but they came highly recommended. The front desk people were very short, not necessarily rude but not welcoming either. The nurses and doctor was great. Before we were even in a room someone had stopped to help my daughter with her crutches and gave us some helpful advice! The doctor came quickly after the X-ray was done and was straight to the point, which I actually prefer. They are fantastic with the little ones!!!
Would not recommend Dr. Belzarena for any care for your child. Uninformative, rude, and does things differently than what you are informed of. The other staff in the clinic were fine but not this doctor. See a different surgeon or take your child somewhere else.
