Very unprofessional staff. Upon arrival they do not greet any of the patients then once you’re seated in the lobby, you will wait there for at least an hour before your called to the back. Once you make it to the back, you’ll also sit in a very cold room for an hour or more and be given a ridiculous Excuse for why you had to sit there, because they were just soooooo busy and had no decency to tell you that they were behind multiple hours. This office does not explain billing at all. At the follow up visit after getting a cast off, they saw that no brace was needed and simply taped the pinky to the ring finger and sent us on our way. It was explained that it was important to get the pinky moving again so the tape was a quick, simple thing— no mention of additional cost, no breakdown of charges, no warning that I’d be billed for anything. Then I received a bill for $107. For tape that was wrapped around the finger in less than 10 seconds. Anyone could do it. Ha... read more
What a wonderful practice! Wait time was minimal, everyone we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were very clean. Everything about our experience was a 10 out of 10! Exceeded expectations in every possible way.
