This office does not explain billing at all. At the follow up visit after getting a cast off, they saw that no brace was needed and simply taped the pinky to the ring finger and sent us on our way. It was explained that it was important to get the pinky moving again so the tape was a quick, simple thing— no mention of additional cost, no breakdown of charges, no warning that I’d be billed for anything. What a wonderful practice! Wait time was minimal, everyone we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were very clean. Everything about our experience was a 10 out of 10! Exceeded expectations in every possible way.
