Went to drop off clothes and 2 minutes later they called me saying they couldn't accept it because supposedly my daughter's clothes smelled like moth balls when I don't even use those on my children's clothes.... not even our own clothes. Went back inside and got the things and they don't even smell like that. They smell like laundry soap.... Thanks.... Came all the way from Muñiz and was in a rush because there was a lot of traffic and I got turned down.
love this place been a client since 2011. onces my kids clothes no longer fits I donate to children Orchard. great staff.
Cute items for children. Nice, clean and friendly atmosphere.
Cashiers are helpful, welcoming and sweet. I’ve been shopping here for both my kiddos and gifts and never had an issue! I’ll wait a couple weeks to see if I can find what I’m looking for here before going to a big store and spending full price. Love that they don’t accept clothes that are stained or bad condition. So you know you’ll get well cared for items I do take my kids clothes and get store credit. The lady in the back is not the friendliest, Ofcourse I don’t take it personal.I find it worth it.
