After the care we received today, we cannot recommend Children’s Hospital North Surgery Center in Wexford enough. Every single person that we encountered went above and beyond to make us all feel so welcome and they run as a well oiled machine. Our son got a birthday bracelet as soon as we walked through the door, he got to play a Nintendo switch while we waited, he got all the popsicles/slushies his heart desired, and the staff all signed a birthday card for him before we left. I can't say enough about how kind and great the staff were with us and our kiddo. They were very sweet and patient. Explained everything, were very thorough and took the time to help us feel heard as parents. Our kiddo was in great hands and is feeling so much better after her tubes surgery thank you!
Nothing but good things yesterday during my sons surgery process. Their process is impressive and the way they explained everything to him (3 yr old) was amazing. You could tell they helped make him feel more comfortable. Everyone was very kind and professional.
My son had to have tubes in his ears, this was the fastest surgery ever! it was literally 3 mins from the time the surgery started to the time it ended. Dr. Jabbour was great and all of the staff was very friendly and knew exactly how to handle a 2 year old and a nervous mama! 100% recommend, couldn’t have expected a better experience!
My 5 year old had to have dental surgery today and Dr. Hannah and the nurses were all awesome and patient. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
