I paid full of amount and they send me bill and they charged twice
We saw Dr.Jeffrey Peck here. Right from the first appointment nothing went well. Dr.Peck, didn't seem to care very much about my child. He clearly did not believe it when my kid complained about the severe chronic pain he had been going through for the past year or so at that time. Despite a mountain of evidence that he was infact in a lot of pain, Dr.Peck refused to start any treatment. It was heartbreaking to see my child's suffering dismissed like that. This place is infested with cockroaches. I feel bad for the employees who work here in such conditions. This is not Florida. Clean the premises properly. Come on
A PT appointment was canceled after a 1.5 hour commute only to be brushed off by the front desk staff. "Spilled milk"? yes, but a total disregard for my inconvenience as I was quickly ushered away from the desk while trying to determine if information was updated/accurate to avoid future occurrences.
