Nicu nurse named Samantha jenkins is constantly on her phone during work hours threatening me and my family while shes suppose to be caring for sweet little babies! Look at the cameras if you dont believe me .
We had great care or our 7 month old from all nurses and doctors, especially nurse Faith. All very personable, kind and knowledgeable!
Staff is very nice, the lady that helped me go inside the sky way when looking for my daughter thank you so much. The other staff that helped me looking for the green parking 1, you were adorable helping me, very sweet and kind of you. Thank you! And the nurses and staff helping my daughter… during and after surgery thank you!!
This place is absolutely atrocious. My son was stuck waiting here for a week before being able to move somewhere closer. They stole all of his favorite stuffed animals, his books, his toys, and clothing when they transported him. Im talking half a bedroom worth of items, not just a few things. I wrote a letter and gave them pictures of what was missing and they said they could not find any of the items nor did they have an account of them. Someone there steals children's items if it's not the whole place being in on it.
Very disappointed with our recent ER visit. My son split his head open and was in a lot of pain. We sat in the ER waiting room for over 5 hours before getting moved to another waiting room for over an hour and still waiting. For a large head wound, that seems a little ridiculous. They do a good job here but clearly struggle with staffing and prioritizing. If the ER wait time says 4+ hours expect it to be well on that plus side and certainly not less.
