I took my teen to Children's Hospital in St. Paul for three different procedures yesterday. They were done under anesthesia by two different doctors. All of the staff that we interacted with at the hospital were great! The two nurses who were assigned to my teen were both excellent, skilled, kind, compassionate. Their names were Jodi who was there before the procedures were done in the operating room, and Katie who was there after he got to the recovery room. Been waiting 8 hrs just for an ultrasound of my babies stomach. Sat 5 hrs in the waiting room, then 3 in the er room, im still here waiting. Worst ran hospital I've ever been too. Just girls hanging out gossiping. No real work being done. Plenty of rooms open but no real nurses who care about their job or their patients. Just people showing up to get a paycheck. Not a real hospital. Just an example of a business where people only care about making money off their clients. Don't go here.

Horrible experience. Staff was rude, we weren’t informed what we needed to do, and wait time was ridiculous. When we told a nurse that we have been waiting a while she said, “we have a new system that we are trying to learn”. I said, “yeah I’ve just been awake for the last 26 hours and we are really hoping for an update”. The nurse says, “welcome to the ER”. We immediately pack up our stuff and leave. Please go to any other ER if you have the choice to choose
