This pharmacy failed to add liquid and mix my child’s oral medication. When we went to use it, the medication only had powder in the bottle and we had to drive to Saint Paul pharmacy at 10pm to get it properly mixed and give him his dose of medication. I can not fathom the negligence of a children’s hospital pharmacy of not adequately mixing the medication. They provide care to sick children and should have the highest standard of ensuring medication is correct. My son is only 2.5 months old.
