Extremely rude and poor customer service. I called to inquire about my son's prescription that was sent in over a month ago and I cannot get ahold of anyone and nobody is getting back to me. Finally was given a good phone number by Children's Hospital staff. Lady who answered the phone completely cut me off and interrupted me when I was trying to explain why I was calling. This pharmacy failed to add liquid and mix my child’s oral medication. When we went to use it, the medication only had powder in the bottle and we had to drive to Saint Paul pharmacy at 10pm to get it properly mixed and give him his dose of medication. I can not fathom the negligence of a children’s hospital pharmacy of not adequately mixing the medication. They provide care to sick children and should have the highest standard of ensuring medication is correct. My son is only 2.5 months old.
