Metro Peds is the best, they always have room on the schedule. We called at 4pm for a suspected ear infection and they had us seen, diagnosed, and prescription in hand by 6pm same day.
We have been dealing with a frustrating pattern of billing errors with Metropolitan Pediatrics, and this isn't the first time we’ve had to fight to get routine care billed correctly. For months, we have been trying to resolve a simple coding issue regarding our daughter’s annual well-child physical. Under standard ACA regulations, routine preventive physicals are fully covered by insurance at 100%.
