We want to express how extremely disappointed and frustrated we are with how our son’s care has been handled. We scheduled this appointment more than two weeks ago and completed all requested paperwork promptly, including having forms filled out by his teachers. We also specifically discussed concerns regarding ADHD with Dr. Anderson during his well visit appointment on Saturday.
