We've always had good experiences here when it comes to parking, wait times, nurses and doctors. We've been coming here occasionally with both of our children for the last 13 years and we love that they try to make it as fun as possible for children to be getting medical care.
Our newborn son is staying at the ICC currently. Absolutely every single person we've seen/spoken to so far has been so kind and informative, from the front desk to the nurse practioners. It has really helped us ease our minds and get through this difficult time. We can really tell the staff here love their jobs and care about their patients, as well as the parents. We definitely feel our son is in good hands. It's been a breath of fresh air.

Horrible ER experience, once we were admitted upstairs though everyone was great. Waited over 3 1/2 hours to get into a room at the ER even with our pediatrician calling ahead for my 6 month old for an infected ruptured cyst in his umbilical. There wasn’t any area in the waiting room where we could avoid other children coughing in his face. dont take your child here! my kid is in heart failure and they will not hold their staff accountable and when you as a parent get loud and frustrated they respond with limiting visitor hours because you are up set place is a joke
