Una muy mala experiencia esa clínica no sirve le mandaron hacer radio x a mi bebé de 9 meses pero las que trabajan ahí más se enfocaron estar en el chisme entre ellos y nos tuvieron esperando más de una hora para decir que no en el 3 piso igual esas personas que trabajan ahí más nos is ieron esperar horas y para nada al final del día salieron que ya avían cerrado ya no ay más cita y bebe esta muy mal pero a ellos no les importa que asco esa clínica y la gente que trabaja ahí

Due to having five other hospital bills that also need to be paid, I applied for financial assistance but was denied. I called the billing office to set up a monthly payment plan with an amount I could realistically afford, but they refused and wanted a higher payment. They also only gave me a 3-month due date to pay the balance. It feels like it’s all about the money for them, with very little empathy or understanding for people who are struggling financially. We had an appointment here for my daughter and arrived early for her Radiology appointment. Mind you the appointment was at 1pm, we were told to sit and wait (and we did, FOR 45 mins). then we continued to sit and wait. they told us to check in with a QR code (new system they implemented) WHOLE TIME IT NEVER WORKED. Receptionist with long blonde hair, white male was NOT helpful at all. We then went to a different receptionist next to him and continued to ask again to clarify.
