Unfortunately, my experience with the children’s emergency room was extremely disappointing. The wait time was very long, the organization was poor, and communication with families was lacking. When it comes to children, families expect compassion, urgency, and proper care, especially during stressful situations. Sadly, we did not feel supported or cared for the way we should have been.
Truly an amazing place. We couldn't recommend the Cardiology team and the entire support staff more. The nurses, doctors, specialists and even the cleaning staff were all so wonderful. They truly care and were so open to all healing modality to help my child in a painful and scary situation.
I have 2 major problems with this hospital. The battery of repetitive tests and the slowest pace imaginable. An inordinate amount of time is wasted while waiting for a doctor to see the patient.
Amazing nurses and doctors go above and beyond. Great food options there as well. Thank you for helping in a hard situation 🙏
i’m currently sat with my 9 month old in a room, haven’t been seen by doctor yet and it’s been 2 hours. been here for about 6 hours in total. what a joke!
