Nicu nurse here at childrens named Samantha Jenkins is constantly on her phone and also is threatening me and saying hurtful things to my son and things about me . She should be caring for sweet babies and not on her phone constantly talking to her mother . Don’t believe me check the cameras this is concerning..

Our 21mo old had a febrile seizure yesterday. They took us to Children’s and the staff was really attentive. No complaints- this is an ER! Sometimes things take a while. It was maybe about 3 hours in total.

I had my son 9 months ago here, and it still haunts me to this day. He had an undiagnosed diaphragmatic hernia which we found out after he was born. Thankfully that was fixed, however they put his stomach in on the wrong side and brushed it off saying it will be fine. He started recovering fast, so we got moved to a different unit. Well they thought my baby, who was b-feeding great, needed to beef up before leaving the hospital, so they put him on fortifier. That's when things got worse. Absolutely disgusting hospital! I have a 4 year old daughter that has a history of getting super sick when she gets sick, I brought her to children’s with almost 102 temp, under 65 blood sugar, super dehydrated, she has also has asthma and can have trouble breathing when sick. They didn’t even bother taking her vitals or nothing for the 2 hours we sat in that waiting room while my daughter was still puking, we ended up just leaving cause I was so disgusted with their behavior.

We waited 7 hours. Enough said. This is like the only childrens emergency room in saint paul. I will look elsewhere now. Maybe going further will be worth it.
