Love our Endo and the convenience of this clinic. However, it’s extremely annoying and frustrating that they have signs up all over the building that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment you need to reschedule. Meanwhile… our last 3 appointments have been at 8am (first appointment of the day) and the provider was over a half hour late for the first appointment of the day each time. Is it the patients that are causing appointment delays and backups? Or the doctors? Very very frustrating when you drive from 2 hours ... read more
If you have anything but diabetes, I would steer clear of this clinic. They are SLOOOOWWW at best. Almost impossible to get ahold of a human with out waiting for 10-20 minutes. My son is on a medication that he gets an injection once a week. This month two of cartridges were bad. In order to get more medication for the unusable cartridges, we contacted the pharmaceutical company for a replacement. They are happy to send one but need another RX from the prescribing physician.
