This place is an absolute joke!!! Its so sad how they treat their patients that literally dont have other options in Minnesota for diabetes care. They are only open and have appointments when my son is at school or I'm at work. They will make you reschedule your appointments over and over for getting stuck in traffic and being a couple minutes late. If you are forced to go to the St. Paul clinic they make you pay for parking there!! The schedulers and staff are rude and will tell you it's important your child be seen soon by... read more
“Strict 15 minute late policy.” Literally showed up 16 minutes late so one minute after their “policy” after getting struck in traffic. I took time off work after just starting back to work and drove 30 minutes here just to be told because I was 16 minutes late instead of 15 that I couldn’t be seen. As a busy mom of three kids who also works I don’t have time to take off just to be turned away for being one minute over their “policy”.
I have had nothing but a amazing experience. My son had gotten diagnosed with diabetes last September and spent a 3-4 days in hospital and our insurance didn't think it was necessary so they were refusing to pay (which i feel it would have been dificult to learn the diabetes shots and other stuff outpatient)and the clinic gave me a number to call and said that most likely they would write the bill off and i have heard nothing nor sent any more bills. They charge $350 “facility fee” so just to walk into the building. At minimum this should be communicated so I would have been able to make an informed decision if u wanted to go there. Even the billing person acknowledged how asinine it is and the irrational amount!
