We came here for telemedicine with a pediatric GI specialist. The entire thing was amazing for my child compared to our clinics we usually go to. Nurse was very helpful trying to document anything they could to the Dr. Only 1 thing wasn't visible on video but the nurse comfirmed she could see it. They also offer options to help with numbing blood draws as well, something never offered to my child before. I drive 45 minutes to get my child's blood drawn quite often. They are so kind and caring and go out of their way to make the child comfortable and have less anxiety. 100% recomend.
Disappointed in the professionalism of the cardiology department. We were literally the only people there and we waited for over an hour before being seen. Appointment was at 9:45, and it was 11:05 before the NP walked in. all while trying to manage an antsy 2 year old.
I drove 45 minutes to have my grandbaby looked at, only to discover there is no emergency department for my baby to be seen at. Being named Mercy Children's Hospital, one would assume that I would be going to a hospital, no? Now I have to drive to the Mercy hospital across town, thank God that her condition doesn't require the time wasted for her to survive.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Your children's wellbeing is truly prioritized at this clinic. Experienced staff and management make this location a great resource for our community and surrounding areas. I'm a big fan of CMH Joplin.
