Called and said my son needed surgery and explained for what. Took an afternoon off of work to see someone, only for him to do nothing, and say yeah he needs to see a surgeon. Then I was told they would call me. After I had to call back twice I was told the surgeon who treats the problem retired and they were not sure who would do the surgery. Finally, they scheduled me with someone 4 months out. He has since been seen elsewhere and had surgery. They charged me $240 for nothing.
