Horrible, don't see that they actually care how much pain my daughter was in. My child is Autistic and she was becoming violent to her self because of the pain that she was in. I did explain that to them she has had this issues for awhile now. But because she doesn't understand communication she sometimes is unable to tell me what type of pain she is in. I really don't appreciate how they came off to me as a parent but it was not cool at all. Now will I ever go back hell no.
