I'm not sure what this place is. No emergency services and their urgent care services are very subpar. I had 2 bad experiences there and will never go back. One doctor was very rude during a strep test and another misdiagnosed a broken arm. Thanks, but no thanks

Do not bother trying to be seen here. We followed our pediatrican here from another office and tried, with no success, to speak to anyone helpful. I began calling in September for an appointment at the end of October and was told the schedule was full. Fine, how about November? I was told until 10/29/12 that the doctor's schedule for November had yet to be released. I called weekly...sometimes every day. I was so thankful my boys were able to be seen, and there was not a long wait :) The Staff were super friendly. My kiddos recieved amazing care. I must say I would have given the clinic 5stars, but there were a few misunderstanding/communication problems. I was told my children's scripts would be called over to the nearest CVS by my Apt, but that was a lie it was futher away from were we lived...then dr/nurse did not call scripts over for both children just one.... Had to use this facility a few times and everything was very good.
