Great caring staff.
My daughter arrived via ambulance and my son and I were not allowed to go upstairs because he is 9. The ambulance driver had called to make sure that we could go upstairs and the nurse had said yes. We were allowed to go upstairs finally after the security guard called the nurse. Is there a kickback towards the places that transfer to children's Mercy? I would have rather not gone there.
