They seem to enjoy sneeking in when you and your child have fallen asleep. 5am is a bad time to draw blood from a sleeping child. Have some compassion

We've had great experiences in the past, but today was frustrating. So I gave 3 stars as credit to past experience.We called and they told us to get labs drawn that we needed to check in at the emergency department. We get there and patiently wait. They sent us to a room to have intake done to get the testing. Never took our name or information. They said someone would be right in to at least get us checked in. 3 people came to the frosted window door and looked in at us. Not one came in and talked to us. We waited 45 minute... read more

I have never met a team as great as the one here at children's. Everyone that is helping in the care for my daughter are just outstanding. They listen, they thoroughly explain, they care and they made my baby girl comfortable and happy despite everything. I couldn't ask for a better hospital or for a better team!
