Diana in lab did an amazing job drawing labs. She's quick, professional and very hospitable.
The registration staff are the first people you encounter at this location, and within 2 minutes, turned my experience here extremely sour. The red-haired lady did not even make eye contact from me and acted like my presence was such a bother to her. My son’s pediatrician faxed over lab orders WITH a confirmation that it was received, and this lady was so rude to me while stating she “did not have any lab orders.” It turns out that they did get them but just never put them in the system. Sitting in the lobby listening to the registrars loudly discuss a co-worker's recent health scare and how this was affecting their own jobs to a point I now know that co-worker's name and the exact details of their recent medical procedures is highly unprofessional.
