Poughkeepsie Location - The past year I have seen a decline in my experience at CMG. I have been a patient here since childhood, and for the past eleven years as an adult. Since Michelle Patrick's departure we are having difficulty establishing a similar connection with another pediatrician. Last week, my two children and I had a physical scheduled for 3:15 PM. Great staff but getting intouch with someone is very hard with the call center they now have. It's horrible and should go back to the old way. The call center doesn't understand anything and very hard to get to the staff if an emergency
Was told my daughter needed a shot for school and when I spoke to the school, she didn’t need a shot until seventh grade sad
