Terrible! I scheduled my baby an appt. I had trouble getting off work as I was planning. I get it was my problem but the receptionist blew my phone up as I was heading there. My gps showed I was 2 minutes away( with traffic it ended up being 5) she called when I was literally under a minute to tell me my appt was cancelled in the most snobbiest way.
