TERRIBLE. The Doctors are great. The office staff, that you actually have to communicate with when you make appointments, call their office, or have a question for a Doctor, are completely unprofessional. They belittle people over the phone, i have experienced this, as well as family of mine. I have also been refused help for my child. They are not poeple-friendly, and should hire reception staff with manners and the ability to communicate with the public in a professional manner. Dr. Singh is a terriable doctor that practices at this office, I called this morning as my 4 month old woke up with his eye swollen shut. First of all when we got in the nurse took us back and really had nothing to say to us, she checked his temp. and took down the medicaition that he had been prescribed by his primary physican and left the room. In come the doctor who says to us "oh that looks bad" as if we didnt know that already. This she tells us that we need to take him to the eye doctor. She didnt push on his eye or ma... read more

The office staff at cmc is wonderful, the receptionist are friendly and helpful they will work with you with your schedule, when i call they can always get me in for a sick child the same day i call. i dont think they always get the credit they deserve for getting the patients in and out as fast as possible.Everybody is so quick to judge maybe they should be on the other side of that desk to see how it really feels.The facility is looking better as they improve their office. This Dr office is ok. Not the best but i have been to places that i was not pleased with that was worst than cmc. If U think cmc is bad, go to the childrens clinic in Rocky Mount. U wait forever for them to call u back. The nurses are hateful and i called them once and told them my son had a high fever and i needed a appointment and they said they couldnt get him in so screw them but cmc is better but the secretarys are rude.

I used to go there as a child, now my 3 children go there. Most of the Drs are very professional. There is a female Dr there that steps out of bounds. I was raised by my grandmother, she had very little money and had no thermometer to tell how high a fever was, I didnt have one in the house until recently. Like her, I relied on a mothers touch. AWESOME PEOPLE THERE!!! I just moved to the martinsville area and this was the one that was I was told to go to. My sister used to bring my nephew here and he Loved His Dr. Noonan!! He said that she was the GREATEST!!! And so my two kids go to her now and they love her too!!!
