Amazing staff. Great bedside manner and very informative with explanations for everything. Fave part - the building is separated into 2 separate sections for check-ins. 1 side designated strictly for sick and the other side for regular appts, i.e. checkups, annual wellness, vaccinations, etc.
Outstanding MD and F-NP. My family has been all over the country with a chronically ill child. This small town country clinic has been the best by far. 10/10 score from us!!!
Children’s International Pediatrics has been wonderful with my kids. The staff, nurses, and doctors are always kind, patient, and great at making the kids feel comfortable. However, getting in touch with the Poplarville office is extremely difficult. The phone lines seem to go straight to voicemail, and messages are never returned. It feels like the Poplarville location has no ability to answer calls, and unlike the other offices, they don’t seem to be online or responsive. Tamaya (probably spelled incorrectly) is always wonderful, as is Brian. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and that they want to be thorough and answer your questions. Nadia was filling in today, and she was great as well!
