These people are not even rated for 1 star!! They are only worried about a Dollar and not your child. This is my 2nd time going there because my child was sick and they did NOTHING but say let him ride it out and he will be fine.. In the past 4 days my child has only slept for about 6 hrs. Total! They diagnose him with Rhinovirus and send him home with NO medication and tell me not to even give him Motrin! Very rude, and not friendly at all. Does not listen to questions or concerns about your child. He talks over you and rushes you out.
While I have had some issues in the past with scheduling, (they scheduled my son's 4-year-old appointment one week before his birthday, and because of our insurance policy, they were unable to actually do the appointment. Seems like the person who scheduled the appointment should have known this.) However today was an amazing experience. We were seen almost as soon as we walked in the door. No problem with Children First. Very friendly, never a long wait.
Awful office staff. They are very unprofessional the phone will have a busy signal most of the day because they sit the phone off the hook. I am definitely getting a new doctors office for my girls
Terrible staff!!! I sat in the room and listened as one of the employees loudly complained about her patient and her mother. Received a bill because my childs insurance was not entered correctly. Called the billing office and dealt with a very rude lady. Before I could hang up the phone I heard her grunt and slammed the phone down. I will not be back. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!
Hate the office staff!! They are all rude and I sit on hold at least 30 mins every call I make. Doctors are great but due to the front office staff I will not return!!
Very unprofessional. 1) I was insulted by the statements they made about the town I moved from, by calling it a "redneck town" and "no wonder you moved from there". Excuse me?! I don't think so. 2) My son is short, very short because me and his biological father is short. Therefore, he's not going to weigh as much as a child his age that is taller. this is a great place to bring your kids. they have super doctors my 3 yr old loves the staff and hes been going there since he was a new born.
