My son has chronic constipation. Has for over 5 YEARS! We see nurses, NPs, PAs and it's always the same... Give more meds, do an at home cleanout etc etc. 2 weeks ago we did an at home clean out, and nothing happened. The next day my son is doubled over In pain so I took him to ER. He was severely constipated AFTER an at home cleanout. They admitted him and did a nasogastric tube for a inpatient clean out. He was cleared and sent home Tuesday afternoon. Zero stars. Estimate & upfront payment for initial. We from MN. On initial visit sneak in physician as “part of the team.” Took upfront, allocated to other physician not on estimate. We were made to believe it was part of the initial visit which was paid for already. No where on the estimate did it include this other person. When complain,,, not 10sec later an appoint pops into mychart for a separate physician added to follow up; when there was a follow up already scheduled 2wk before.
