The ER nurse Laura or maybe Lori(not sure if I spelled that right) is unbelievable rude and unprofessional to EMS. When you have experienced paramedics bringing in a 2 month old, that is not the time to act that way. Especially in front of the scared mother. Who she was also very rude to. She is in the wrong profession. I see my review isn't the only one that mentions her. If it were my baby, I would've told them to get her out and get another nurse. Or gone off on her.
I stayed overnight here after a surgery.
Charging a mother extra because she asked some basic questions about her children's health while at a check up that should be one hundred percent covered is beyond disgusting.
Children's of Wisconsin is now adding additional charges for answering questions during general checkup. What else will these money hungry "nonprofits" charge for next, using the bathroom? They should be ashamed of these disgusting practices.
