The children cafeteria is so disgusting trash everywhere, dirty floors and tables 🤢🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮. And the people in charge are just standing goofing around instead of getting a wet cloth to clean the tables. To be a hospital this cafeteria is a mess.

My child went in for a minor surgery. After it was over, I found red marks on his body. One has turned into a scar. Contacted Children’s and while the surgeon did answer back, the nursing staff refused to answer his emails, and refused to answer any of my phone calls. Children’s refused to take any responsibility, gave us constant runarounds to the point where I had to complain to the state, and has shown no transparency throughout this entire process. This is by far the worst hospital I have ever dealt with. The staff in the Neurology Department were extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in compassion. There was no sense of care, no effort to listen, and absolutely no respect for patients.
I used to brag about This hospital but our last 2 visits hasn’t been so good 🥺 my son doesn’t like to take medicine he’s nonverbal. I brought him all the way up to Milwaukee because I thought the doctors actually care but no my son is still running a fever and can barely breathe 🥹 he wasn’t giving a steroid shot or a breathing treatment🤨 He was just sent home to take ibuprofen and Tylenol after I just LET THE Dr & nurse know that he’s not taking the medicine orally.
