I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. -Security was solid and held my work knife for me. -In-take was smooth and professional. -Triage was quick, professional and pleasant. -Once admitted the RN Luke was out of this world amazing! He was so great speaking, patient, and interacting with my child. Luke kept me informed through every step. RN Luke is definitely a truely skilled professional of his trade. THANK YOU Luke! Very uncomfortable; the nurses were laughing at the fact they took me off the registration list and never called my son's name super unprofessional place
The worse place ever! How in the world it’s a children’s emergency room is beyond me.. staff at the desk could absolutely care less why you are there or what’s wrong with your kid. Brought my son in wheezing struggling to catch his breath after using inhaler and nebulizer. Sitting here now going on 4hrs.. the nurse at the desk constantly on her phone texting and asking patients parents to repeat the problem they are having.. I lost my youngest child at this hospital in march in the Nicu it’s very obvious the same people are ... read more
Call customer service have you sitting there for a whole bunch of time never let you know anything totally the dumps
Very bad experience,I wish I can give 0 star but I can’t,all stuff with waiting around 6 hours for nothing …… even the trash can in full with…
